The Telegraph Quartet (Eric Chin and Joseph Maile, violins; Pei-Ling Lin, viola; Jeremiah Shaw, cello) formed in 2013 with an equal passion for standard and contemporary chamber music repertoire. Described by the San Francisco Chronicle as “…an incredibly valuable addition to the cultural landscape” and “powerfully adept… with a combination of brilliance and subtlety,” the Telegraph Quartet was awarded the prestigious 2016 Walter W. Naumburg Chamber Music Award and the Grand Prize at the 2014 Fischoff Chamber Music Competition.

Since its inception, ETHEL has released nine feature recordings, performed as guests on 40+ albums, won a GRAMMY with jazz legend Kurt Elling, and performed in 14 countries and 49 states.

Gautier Capucon is a true 21st century ambassador for the cello. Performing internationally with many of the world’s foremost conductors and instrumentalists, he is also founder and leader of the ‘Classe d’Excellence de Violincelle’ at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris and a passionate ambassador for the Orchestre a l’Ecole Associations, which brings classical music to more than 40,000 school children across France.

Ellen Sanders is a professional cellist, teacher, and conductor who has performed with the Sun Valley Music Festival for the past thirty years. Ellen has performed with various ensembles and artists from the San Francisco Opera to Smokey Robinson. She will be playing selections ranging from Johann Sebastian Bach and The Mandalorian to gospel music, presented in fun and new ways.
