The Wood River Orchestra will perform its annual holiday concert at 4pm on Sunday, Dec. 9. The concert, which is free to the public, celebrates the magic of the holiday season and the music that makes it special. In keeping with tradition, the concert program features a variety of holiday classics that capture the joy, anticipation and fellowship that define the season.
“For many of our musicians, the holiday concert is always a favorite,” said Brad Hershey, conductor and musical director of the Wood River Orchestra. “We feel an excitement and an energy from our audience for this concert that just makes performing a lot of fun. Our holiday concert is the perfect way to celebrate a very special time of year, with great music in a relaxed, intimate setting.”
