SVMoA kicks off its 2023/2024 Singer-Songwriter Salon Concerts with the genre-bending Maiah Wynne—an award-winning singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Wynne captivates audiences with the alluring and enigmatic duality present in her music and through her powerful and universally resonant lyrics and hauntingly beautiful voice. Wynne has been featured on NPR and at Sundance, and has opened for artists including Lucinda Williams, Dave Matthews, Indigo Girls and Brandi Carlile. Passionate about making a difference, she’ll present workshops on arts and mental health while here and will be joined on stage at her concert by cellist Bethany Joyce.
